No good without some hard data, so read this and update your thread accordingly: -

Title: 53j - Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone.

I received a 53J PCN failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone and would any advice to see if there is any point in me appealing or not.

Its London Borough of Redbridge Council.

I have checked the video and I did go through a restricted zone.  I missed the sign.
There is a sign on both sides of the road.

I can't think of any mitigating circumstances that could be in my favour.
Is Redbridge paperwork all legally correct is the only thing I can think of?
Any advice would be great.

Thanks
