Hi
Ive just had my initial appeal rejected for entering a pedestrian/cycle zone
For some background. I was given exemption from my sons school to enter the surrounding roads due to him being autistic and a blue badge holder.
I had no idea this was up for renewal and as I barely use the side road unless in emergency i had no reason to suspect it was due. My wife entered the road to collect him from school last month and we got a pcn
We appealed it showing them he has a autism diagnosis, his blue badge and letter from school confirming he is a flight risk as well as confirming his attendance
I now have option to go to the adjudicator. Do I have any reasonable grounds? Surely common sense will show it was a genuine mistake and car is eligible (I have since reapplied for the exemption)
Thanks for any help
