If the signs are at the T-junction, there really should be an advance sign advising of no access for motor vehicles if one turns right. Is there one ? GSV is too out-of-date, so you'll have to do some leg work if you want to submit a credible appeal.
Were you following satnav ? Fatal in London if it takes you down side streets.

Hi everyone,
I recently received a PCN for driving down a road in Lambeth that was apparently marked as low traffic. This was late at night and I was unfamiliar with the area. I turned out of a junction onto Palace Road (I believe the junction with Daysbrook Road but I honestly can't remember exactly) and entered the area that was prohibited. I do not remember seeing any signs on Daysbrook Road and did not notice the signs as I was turning and they were very close to the junction (I can't remember my lights illuminating them). Had I known it was a prohibited zone, I would not have driven down there!
I have had a look on Google Maps and the Street View predates the implementation of this zone. I am just wondering if there are any grounds to appeal as £65 feels like a lot of money sad.gif
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Links to the PCN and evidence are accessible below. Just wanted to add that when I attempt to view the evidence on the Lambeth website the video does not load. This has been the case for me on multiple browsers so I have been unable to access or post the video evidence:

Thanks again and happy holidays smile.gif !
