Title: Re: Using ETA (moving traffic, parking) cases for RUCA (CC, ULEZ etc)

They sent all the paper work via post. Absolute nightmare.

Also 14 days from the date of the decision is up soon, so not sure able to get everything together soon

You have my email address so send it to me.

Thank you so much!
Unfortunately, given the time constraints, the 14 days will pass over the weekend :(

ETA and RUCA are two different beings. Need to see the paperwork. I won one recently (RUCA) for failure to consider.

Hi,

Not found any info on this, but wanted to ask for a specific example.

A friend of mine got 3 X PCN for entering CC zone (they are a blue badge holder). They forgot to renew, and that is on them. The 3 X PCNs got appealed individually (albeit late after the 14 day discount, due to travelling abroad).
They received no NOR for either of them (I suspect went to junk mail and never opened).

Anyway, post statutory declaration, and then onto the adjudicator.

Case references such as
- 2140191859
- 2160273606
- 2250108586

Were mentioned in the hearing, but he said they cannot be used for RUCA cases. Funnily, never wrote about such or referenced any of the cases in his writing.

The appeal to adjudicator for the 8 PCNs was that "The penalty exceeded the amount..."

- 9260317331

Any thoughts?

TIA

Advised them to review, but now got to pay £540 within 28 days.
