To add, I have not appealed yet. Date received: 19/12/23.

I have 14 days as usual to pay before it increases in price.

Hi all,

Need urgent help with this PCN as I think it is outrageous and have seen many appeals and concerns regarding the same PCN everywhere.

Was shocked and confused when I received this in the post, and after searching it seems this is a common issue for many and its ridiculous.

Since there are so many cases similar to this, I have attached a link to a post that summarises the issue. The person that replied on that post explained that we should make this post early on as there seems to be a lot of ambiguity in the PCN/issue that warrants an appeal.
