Unfortunately this is a Penalty Charge and not a private parking charge.

There's a separate group for such penalties.

Hi All,

Need some help here. Had a Kidney transplant recently (8th April) whilst coming back from hospital appointment SatNav routed me through this route, any hope here? I am off work on sick leave and could have done without all this additonal stress!
