yes I did check your link, but wasnt sure what i was meant to do about it.
In the meantime i submitted myself an apeal o tribunal based on the fact that the bus blocked my view of the sign.
is there anything else you can suggest?

We have carefully considered what you say but we have decided not to cancel your Penalty
Charge Notice.
We sent you a Penalty Charge Notice because our CCTV camera evidence shows the vehicle
going where motor vehicles are not allowed. The sign is round, white and has a red border. It
pictures a motorcycle and a car in black.
We have noted what you have stated however the CCTV footage shows your vehicle
passing the signs in place as indicated below.
All the signs can be seen straight ahead as you approach them. There are signs around
the
area advising of the restriction in place.

complete your appeal. Alternatively, you can complete the Appeal Form enclosed with

the Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA) at the address stated on the form.

allow an appeal on the basis of mitigating circumstances but may refer the case back to

you do nothing
If, after 28 days, you have taken no action, we may send you a Charge Certificate increasing
the charge from E160.OO to 240.00. You will then have 14 days to pay the increased charge. If,
after the 14 days, you have not paid the increased charge, we may apply to the County Court to
recover the money - plus court costs - from you.

PCN <pcn number> dated <date> for location <location details> - Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicles
I refute the above alleged contravention on the grounds that the contravention did not occur.
Your video does not show my vehicle passing any applicable restriction signs. I therefore request that the PCN be cancelled forthwith.

It's best not to write too much; let them do the work. They will, of course, reject your reps. Post the rejection when you get it, and we can see if it's worth going to London Tribunals. The signs in the video only apply to vehicles travelling in the opposite direction.

So here are the signs, but your car was being driven in the opposite direction, so their video doesn't show you passing any signs. This needs to be your first point in your reps.

I was quite shocked to receive this notice as i didnt notice the signs when i was driving there, what may be happen is that the bus in front of me blocked my view.
