Unless your name is "Mitsubishi HC Capital" then you have not yet got a PCN. Your lease company need to name you as the hirer, at which point you should receive something addressed to you - make sure they have done this.

I got a parking ticket when I parked in my gym. I briefly parked on the yellow hashed lines to drop the kids in as it was super hot and busy and there was no parking close to the entrance.

Please help  :'(
