You've not really given us much to input on. To help us help you, please read and act on the following: READ THIS FIRST - Private Parking Charges Forum guide (https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/)

If you want to give £40 away to anyone who asks for it that is your choice. It appears you only want advice on not paying the £100. Write and explain to the Parking company and they may accept your generous offer. They may decide as you are a soft touch to for the jugular and demand the £100 after all.

Hi

I have a 'Final Chance' notice from UK-CPM but I've not received the first (which I would have paid). They now want £100 whereas it would have been £40 apparently. I haven't moved or otherwise changed address so the first was either never sent or lost.

Do I just have to suck it up? It seems a little unfair that RM's performance should have a bearing on the cost.

Thanks in advance for any input.
