Not just Aldi, it is parking management for the retail park. I rang the head office and they said they can only rescind parking eye notices. Lots of complaints about the parking management behaviour in google reviews and the chapel allerton Facebook group who report the guy taking pictures is not even uniformed.

Is this car park just an Aldi car park only?
No other retailer.

Strange one if there is someone on site taking photos of cars.

Also, for the Manager to say nothing can be done even for staff.
Aldi must have made the contract.

Make sure the driver is not revealed in any appeal.

Please post the appeal wording here for continuity purposes.

Sorry to hear, they are seriously despicable and immoral. I have appealed so waiting on the outcome, but not holding my breath.
Send me a personal message if you want a hand with the appeal write up.

So I have been to Aldi and the manager admitted they are a cruel company and their staff have been fined too. The manager said it is out of their hands and I will have to appeal 😟

You’ve obscured dates, which you’re requested not to.
Incident date 20 June?

This does seem like fairly sharp practice.

Go back to Aldi - remember you're essentially asking the management to do you a favour so do be polite (but persistent).

It's a harsh PCN.

Route One - Go back to the store and kick off - ask to speak to the manager if possible.

In the meantime, post up the PCN redacting only personal details.

Hi,
I have been been issued a parking charge notice by HX Car Park Management Ltd as I am the registered keeper.
Reason for Issue:Was not parked wholly within the designated bay markings.
I feel the parking charge notice is wholly unfair, as from looking at the photo evidence, the car was not parked over 2 spaces, or did it prevent anyone from parking on other spaces or cause any other obstruction.
Photos attached.

This seems wholy immoral notice from the parasite company. Im not sure if I will win an appeal. Is there another way to circumvent paying this charge. I would be very grateful for any advice please.
