Sorry, but I see a classic YBJ contravention on the video. You entered the box without hesitation and without a space on the far side. The car in front of you exited OK, then had to stop in the traffic leaving you in the box.

Whether 'yellowboxguru' will be of any help, I know not.

Hi all,

I'd be grateful for some advice regarding this Waltham Forest Yellow box PCN.

The alleged contravention is 31 – Entering and stopping in a box junction when prohibited at Forest Road / Kingsley Road, E17.

I've attached the PCN.

The CCTV footage is available on Waltham Forest's website using the PCN number and vehicle registration PCN number: FR69029583
Vehicle registration: VU05 CWJ

Before I decide whether to pay the discounted penalty or make representations, I'd appreciate any advice on:

Whether the CCTV shows the contravention is made out.
Whether there are any procedural or technical issues with the PCN.
Whether there are any grounds on which this PCN could be challenged.

Many thanks for taking the time to have a look.
