@Avrumy why did you park there?

And aside from not seeing / looking at the sign, do you have any meaningful mitigation you can put forward?

Point taken.  I see only 1 page of the PCN.

The 28 days are correctly stated
I had another look before Christmas Dinner, (!), and agree.  The PCN was served to the car, (Regulation 9). The 2022 regs only define the 28 days on an enforcement Notice.

Hi
Sorry for my lack of knowledge, mind to explain what does it means?

Many thanks in advance

Try 28 days for starters.
Ah yes. TMA 2004 mandates 28 days from date of service so two days knocked off here. A procedural impropriety that will get the PCN cancelled at London Tribunals.  Why are councils so thick and stupid ? All they've got to do is read the legislation !

Ah. I know ! They know that 99% of people just cough up the discounted amount.

not realising the sign says you have to pay until 10pm.
Did you read the sign at all ?

At the moment there seems nothing to appeal on; you parked within the charging hours and didn't pay. Did you just chance your arm that a CEO wouldn't come along ? If so, remember for the future that London councils patrol 24x7 as the money they make doing this is so good

However, post all sides of the PCN so it can be inspected for errors that may make it void.

Hi

I was parking outside Cambridge House / 109 Mayes Rd, not realising the sign says you have to pay until 10pm.
I received this PCN for parking between 9:30pm to 9:38pm. Is there any base to appeal this ticket?

Kind regards

Avrumy
