The important document is the original Notice to Keeper.

Ok I uploaded the first 2 documents, hopefully this is correct?

Thankyou for the swift reponse @jfollows and @InterCity125 . I have a stack of paperwork here she had been keeping, organised now into date order. When you say claim form do you mean the latest one from HM courts? Or the original document?

A defence or Acknowledgement of Service needs to be filed by 29 June. If an AoS is filed, the defence needs to be filed by 13 July. It says this on the N1SDT form. We need more information in order to help you, as above.

It’s not a fine, it’s an invoice for payment under the contract the driver entered into by reading the signs and parking.

Title: N1 form received (DCB Legal - Bank Park Management)

Hi all,

Ive really treid to look into this myself but I'm just so confused and overwhelmed. My mum received a fine from Bank Park Management for not paying in a P&D car park. She is elderly and just didnt realise it was one you have to pay for. Ive been to her house a few days ago and found tons of letters that she never told me about with the fdinal one being an N1 Court form.

Is this too late to realistically win? Shes not going to be able to fight it in court in person if theres a high chance of that. The Issue date was 10th June 2026 but form what I understand you have 14 days from the the date of service to contest and the date of service is 5 days after the issue date meaning its still in the timeframe.

Any help would be so appreciated, I have tons of my own things going on an 9 month old so its all overwhelming me. Shes saying she just wants to pay the £270ish but I'm reluctant to give these people money
