Your post shows an Enforcement Notice Reminder from CDER in respect of PCN **621 issued by Newham.
The others refer to PCN ****131 issued by Redbridge.
PCN ****131
You have submitted an OOT citing 'Did not receive the NTO'. This has been processed by TEC and therefore enforcement action ceases until you're notified of their decision. You have posted Redbridge's objection dated 19 June, sent to TEC and copied to you. This probably gives you a couple of days.
Where is your OOT submission?
PCN ***621
Their reminder (dated 16 June) suggests that enforcement has not been stopped pending a TEC decision, therefore IMO enforcement action is likely imminent.
Is there an OOT submission for this? Awaiting revistration/decision or determined?

Unless you can get an OOT accepted, the bailiffs will enforce. The amounts they are claiming are statutory, by the wy, they haven't made them up. The charges were recently increased slightly.
If you have had an OOT rejected, then you can request a review, but you have to spend non-recoverable fees to do so. Our advice is to pay, which fixes your liability, and prevents the possibility fo seizure of goods. If you have a car, it can be seized too, if it's on the street.

Hello everyone,
I am absolutely aware of the position i am in, not a position i would like to be in. To clarify, i have two PCN at the enforcement stage, no one has showed up to the door yet but would like to avoid this. I would really appreciate advice and guidance here please.
One PCN is with Redbridge and the other is with Newham. Both PCN contraventions occurred last year, due to various personal reasons that are still ongoing, i have not been on top of my stuff regarding acting on the PCN. I am uploading the enforcement action letters. I have had a quick search on this forum and it seems the best option is to pay up, before someone comes knocking on my door. However, i would like to know, if there is a way for me to be able to contact the councils directly or if taking this down to the adjudicator route, if thats stil an option.
Rough timeframe:
Both PCN occurred last year. I wanted to appeal for both of them but couldnt due to family member in hospital (still ongoing)
I left it way too late towards end last year and i needed to deal with this, with the help of a friend, i submitted the first OOT statement just before christmas. Did not receive responses from TEC and honestly, with everything going on, i forgot about it. I asked family members if any letters had come for me regarding the TEC, they said no.
I then received enforcement letters beginning of May, told myself i would get around to it, didnt urge myself unfortunately. I then called TEC few weeks ago asking for case updates and they said they received the first OOT statement in mid January, sent out responses but they didnt receive at my address.
A potential reasons for this, since last year we have and new postmen/women and since my family house is built on an existing street, the door numbers are often mixed up, police have come round also but for the other address. The other homeowner could have simply binned them, we have given them their letters when it came to us. We raised this up with the local post office last year and this year and had an argument with them regarding it as they deny never posting wrong letters. This has meant that i have genuinely not received some letters of the stages and have been waiting for it to go to the end.
I explained this to TEC and they advised me to do another OOT and this time Redbridge responded first. Newham have still yet to respond.
I would like to know what my options are and since i know i have 2 more PCN, with Redbridge that i have not received, how can i group all of this and pay or work out a solution with Redbridge themselves.
Would it be ridiculous of me to apply for anther OOT statement? There reasoning has been that since none of the letters have been posted back, that i have received them
I have noticed that CDER have only upped their fees to £254 without compliance stage but Newlyn have already added that, is there a way to ask them about that and see if they remove it?

I have added all the files on that link
Whether it matters or not, vehicle in question was written off due to an accident a month ago.
Again, understand what i have done, i would appreciate the advice and guidance. Thank you to whomever reads and responds
