There are too many details and possibilities that we can’t advise without the specifics.

Smart Parking issued a charge of £100 for parking in a pub car park without registering my VRN. If I had done there would have been no fee. I didn’t see the signs. I have appealed but Smart Parking has rejected it. I must either pay or refer it to the Independent Appeal Service, which I intend to do.
What is the best information to include when I refer the case to the IAS.
