This is making no sense. If you have any documents post them.

I am going to submit settlement, been told may better to submit SAR from DVLA to retrieve the record of PCN or FCN.
-
So what was the reason for submitting the SAR ? I ask because your narrative says you knew nothing about this "OOAJ -traffic warrant", so obviously you wanted to know something.
There is a website that may be able to provide better advice: -

Until you get some response from Marston, it is difficult to advise you on anything. However, wait a bit to see what others may suggest.

Hi all, I am new here and found here might able to advise my mystery "warrant" thing...
I only discovered this "00AJ - traffic warrant" via Marston Holdings because I submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR) to the DVLA, this matter dates back to Oct 2024, which belongs to a vehicle I no long owned, and I was entirely unaware of its existence because I never received any of the initial penalty charge notices or statutory letters, despite my vehicle logbook (V5C) being fully up to date with my correct address and I dont even know what when and where the PCN issue neither having the PCN number.
As soon as I uncovered the above, I immediately took action by submitting forms TE7 and TE9 to the Traffic Enforcement Centre (TEC). Yesterday TEC reply me they cannot proceed my request since the number I given them is not a vaild PCN number, and I actually I dont have it but only a refernce number from the SAR report.
As per I never change my address since many years ago, so my address cant be wrong and I havent been contact in any forms, if I never submit the check from the SAR report, I guess I may never aware this matter. I have email or call Marston and they havent get back to me, so my question is, what should I do next? Or should I be worry?
Many thanks.
