Absolutely no way that this NtK is PoFA compliant but they probably won't accept that.

Reply with the following appeal;

Registration Mark -

To whom it may concern,

I am the Registered Keeper of the above vehicle.

I write in relation to the above parking charge.

The vehicle driver is not known to you and there is no obligation in law for me to reveal the driver details and I will not be doing so.

Your PCN is clearly not relying on PoFA in order to invoke 'keeper liability'.

Your choices are therefore;

1. Cancel this PCN

OR

2. Waste more time, money and resources by rejecting my appeal and supplying me with a POPLA code.

Hi - please can I have advice on this pcn. RK received this today. The driver did not see signs saying that was not a bay and in fact parked next to another car. What’s the best way of fighting this please.
