I just paid it. Figuring out some kind of third party online photo upload service just to get advice here is not something I have time or energy for.

Yes, because I wasn't aware of any advice not to.
I have edited my photos of the PCN and appeal outcome to redact my details, but can't find any way of uploading photos to this site.

Please post up the PCN.

You keep saying "I" said this and "I" did that - can we assume that the driver has therefore been revealed to the parking operator?
Title: Appeal rejected (payment app didn't work)

Private car park at a university (I was attending an event there), I tried to pay via app but the app said the location code wasn't recognised. The app also couldn't tell me any parking in the area. So I couldn't pay. I tried to go to the Help section in the app but it didn't work.

I have screenshots of all the above, at the time of parking. I submitted an appeal including all this. The appeal was rejected, on the basis that I did park, and didn't pay - I didn't claim otherwise! My appeal was on the basis that I tried to pay and couldn't. (I wasn't registered to pay by text. I didn't pay by phone as already in audience for event by the time I'd exhausted all the app options.)

Do I just pay the £35, or should I appeal further? It says I can appeal to POPLA but doing so means I will have to pay £70 if unsuccessful. Which is awful - it's just to put people off appealing!

As a way of explanation: I checked the location code on the parking app again and same issue, but no issue on partner's phone. I updated my app and it then worked. So, my bad for not having an up to date app? Or their bad for not mandating an update for a seemingly non-functioning app?
