You need to post up PCN and any signs. It appears you may have disclosed driver details which was not the best of ideas.

Hi

I'm very new to this. I received a parking fine from bank park for overstaying around 29 minutes. I paid for the first two hours and tried paying for the extra time many times via their app but kept getting an error message. I screenshot the message incase I had any issues. I've appealed the charge and shared the screenshot with them but they have rejected it saying I can re appeal with the IAS if I want to do so. What do you advise me to do? I've got proof of the error message which was about 14 minutes after my time ended (as I tried paying multiple times with multiple cards) and I have proof of the original pay and display ticket.

Any advice would be appreciated
