Hi,

I received a PCN for an alleged contravention of 53J which is failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone.

The fine is £80 and I do not remember seeing a sign to say pedestrian zone etc. How am I able to appeal this, any help is greatly appreciated.
