Are you able to get pictures of the signage?

It could come down to the wording.

The wording of the PCN appears to place you in a good position since you did not 'park'.

Signs were clear but because there is a petrol station I thought I would be able to use it. To be honest I wasn't even parked there. I was driving there with my daughter for 29 mins. Do I need to pay this invoice?

It’s not a fine, it’s an invoice for payment under the contract the driver entered into by reading the signs and deciding to use the car park. Are the signs clear at the time in question?

I'm teaching my daughter to drive and I thought supermarket parking are perfect for that.
We came to Tesco parking already few times just after midnight to not bother anyone. I was initially checking and parking have strange markings which is

- 3 hours during store opening hours
- 15 mins outside store opening hours

Of course we were there outside opening hours (entry 0.12 to 0.41 so 29 min in total)

Can I do something with this fine especially that I took my daughter there several times (8 or 9) so expecting more letters like that?
