Proof of purchase through a bank statement? Loyalty Card?

You could try writing anyway.
Getting Morrisons to cancel it is by far the simplest route, definitely try this first.

Failing that, the RK can appeal on the basis that there is no liability since the NtK is not PoFA compliant and they have no idea who the driver was.

The vehicle was parked in a Morrisons store car park in Totnes. 2 hour limit, ANPR registered the time on site as 2.15 minutes. Signage present in the car park which appears recent. Discounted payment term has lapsed

Copies of NTK below, advice on how to avoid or minimise payment welcomed.
