Title: PCN Havering Council- 52M Contravention code-Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of Vehicle

Hello

Just received these PCNs from HAVERING council for 52M Contravention code-Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of Vehicle. Surprisingly I have received 2 PCNs for the same alleged contravention at exactly same time. I have attached the PCNs copies with this. I went to pick up food and you can barely see the signs. I believe it was bus only routes (not bus lane) or so.
