I did stay over 30mins + 10mins grace period.

No pictures of any sort are required but looks like they have you on wheel position.

Did you overstay 30 mins + 10 mins grace?

Hi there,

I received a PCN while I parked my car at Layland Road SE12 8 DW in Lewisham area for longer than permitted period.  Please see link to the photo evidence uploaded. Based on the evidence uploaded the Civil Enforcement officer forgot to take a photo of my number plate when my car was first observed on the parking bay. Can this be used as an excuse to overturn the PCN? Appreciate an opinion here.
