Dart is often forgiving - who entered the wrong digit and who did it before?

Have you thought of putting the car on a Dart charge account?

Hello all,
The dart charge was paid but the registration was entered incorrectly. 0 used instead of O

This has happened before - last time I, as registered keeper, called dart charge and the penalties were cancelled. Are they likely to be as happy to help as before as it's a second offence? I should say that I was not the driver on either occasion.It is genuine mistake.
