As above - much more detail needed please, including a timeline. It would also be helpful to clarify who's who (who received what, and who responded to what).
I'm always a bit worried when someone uses "we" when referring to court proceedings. Unless you are representing a limited company, the defendant will be one person, there is no "we", so it would be good to clarify exactly what has happened.

For private parking. I have asked the Moderator to move.
The County Court Money Claims Centre (CCMCC) in Salford and the County Court Business Centre (CCBC) merged to form a single national unit: the Civil National Business Centre (CNBC). This centre is now responsible for the processing of civil claims.

Hi everyone, I need some advice on a court issue. We submitted a Directions Questionnaire last year, and the court confirmed they had it. Then, five months later, they claimed we never sent it and gave us a deadline of May 20th. We re-submitted it on May 5th, as they requested a format change. But on May 21st—after the deadline—they said it was incorrectly filled out by a third party, which I didn’t realize wasn’t allowed. They then went back to the original deadline and said if we didn’t submit it by then, it would be struck out. Now we’ve been told we need to fill out an N244 form, which costs £123, but if the private parking company applies for a CCJ, we’ll also have to pay another £170–£180 to change the order. This all feels really unfair, since we didn’t get enough time to amend things. Is there any way around this, or does anyone have advice? It feels like we’re being forced to pay for a court admin mistake. Thanks in advance!
