Thank you yet again for your advice.

The PCN has been cancelled by Morrisons.

Title: PCN - Euro Car Parks - OVERSTAYED MAXIMUM TIME
Post by: marvanelli on May 26, 2026, 08:56:08 pm
Hi

I received a PCN on Saturday morning (only just opened the mail this morning as we've been away all weekend).

The car was parked in Morrison's car park over the apparent allotted 2 hour stay by 10 mins (Car was parked there between 9:34am and left 11:44am). I went to Morrison's and have a transaction on my bank to show I was there that day, but I don't have a copy of the Morrison's receipt to confirm I was a customer at that particular time.

I'm wondering if there's any case in me appealing this PCN?

It's £100 fine, but reduced to £60 if paid by Friday 29 May.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
