The blips aren't in good condition and the driver's side wasn't by the kerb.
Did you get out and inspect the lines?
Where did you go after parking?
See 2021 when the lines/blips were good - there was a single yellow in 2019.

Sorry to say it, but I have to concur with Tincombe's view. The yellow blips are clearly visible, as are the double-yellow lines albeit badly worn, but perfection of lines and blips is not needed to prove the contravention. The PCN gives a clue on the exact location without actually saying so, by giving location 23. Its actually Number 23 a shop called "Upton Local". Just beyond your car is a parking bay.

There are double kerb blips in the photos: 1 pair just ahead of your car, one pair behind and worn markings adjacent to your car. Given that markings do not have to be in pristine condition, IMO you would struggle to convince an adjudicator that the markings were not satisfactory and as you know, double kerb blips do not require additional upright signs.
But it's just a view.

Was parked with disabled badge and timer on a double yellow. I did look to see if there's any loading restrictions but did not see any. After returning from the pharmacy I noticed a ticket on my windshield
Below uploaded photos of the ticket and the evidence the inspector uploaded, no sign in the evidence either:

I've tried to get the actual location on the map, its around 20 Plashet Grove E6 of where my car was parked which you can see aligns to the evidence photos

Appreciate any help on this
