Ok, what does it say about parking in your tenancy agreement? Have you tried the building management to get them to cancel it?

2 more documents like this.

This is the explanation i provided.
"
I received multiple parking charge notices for not displaying a Valid Permit. I have a valid permit since before the change was issued but it seems it dropped from the dashboard last time i parked the car. I left on urgent family trip abroad and just retuned on 30th of April 2026. I have renewed my permit on 16th of March 2026 as shown on the attached paper. I have attached 3 files.
- File 1: Permit
File 2: The form i filled and sign to get the permit from the company that manages the court.
File 3: The conversation i had along with dates with the contact person from the court management company to issue the permit.

This sounds like a Private Parking charge not a Council Ticket?  Who was it issued by?

Apologies if this has been asked before, i am quite new to driving in the UK and wanted to see if there is anything i can do.

As said on the title, I had my permit but i forgot to display it, i left on an emergency trip and returned to see 3 PCN letters in a span of 20 days.

I appealed and provided my permit document showing the date of issued and explained what happened and they came back with this.

"Whilst we note the comments and reason for appeal, as per our photographic evidence, the vehicle was parked in contravention of the advertised terms and conditions. As the vehicle was parked without a valid permit on display, we can confirm that this PCN has been issued correctly."

They haven't provided any discount or anything.

I now have to pay 220 pounds (100+60+60)...
