I can still pay the reduced amount till Monday, but am very reluctant to, so am selling advice/help to take them to tribunal!!

What do you owe now ?
If you take them to London Tribunals, it will be with the full PCN penalty in play;no discount option.

these are the original documents i received in the post, which i apparently foolishly challenged, but as previously stated i panicked as i had been on holiday and the clock was ticking, but hey ho whats done is done. lesson learnt, will not correspond again until i hear and post on this forum. fingers crossed there is no next time!!!

I was in barking for a new opticians that i have never used previously, so asked a mate where i should park. Eventually i parked in lidl near the opticians. Coming from ilford to the opticians i could see going back home would be a problem due to roadworks and horrendous tailbacks going home so i started of thinking of alternative options. So after my appointment i put in a location of the Acorn pub in barking on my google maps because i wasn't familiar with the area at all which would have saved me going through the traffic the way i came. So after all is said and done the route took me through where the contraventions allegedly took place!!! I was fuming after returning from my holiday to receiving a welcome home gift of 2 different PCN's. So time was ticking by for me to get the ball rolling as i knew i had to get something to them due to the half price penalty that you can pay. The crux of the matter is that I didn't see signs forbidding entrance into ripple road, im sure from what ive seen is that they were covered by branches or some sort of foliage. The only sign i saw was me getting priority to go and that vehicles coming from the opposite way had to give way to me. After ripple road, the road turns into station parade and comes up to a road on the left called cambridge road. So apparently i should have gone left here to save me from getting another PCN. But as i went straight across there are no signs showing that cars are forbidden to enter!!! After about 70 meters on the left near the bus stop there are signs showing no cars or bikes are allowed any further. How the hell does this make sense when you are supposed to keep your eyes on the road at all times no look around for signs which you are not expecting and are difficult to read!! If knowing i had made a mistake initially when entering ripple road then i would never have made the second one!! and for them to give me 2 individual PCN's for each offence is an absolute P**S take. Im really angry with this there is no justification for it and as previously stated on here its just a cash cow for the council which has been overlooked by authorities as everyone is eating well with the cash coming in!!!
So after all is said and done i stated my case to the council and made representations but got rejected. So the next step is a tribunal appeal which i really want to go through because its so unjust. I dont know what my chances are, but if they even let me pay 80 quid which is the reduced amount in total for both i would grudgingly accept it but i dont know if thats an option as you cant talk to anyone these days its all emails and online representations. I have posted image links below which are the response ones from the council after my initial appeal. I left the original PCN at home so i cant upload them yet. Maybe later this evening or tomorrow as i have to do this at the library because i dont have this facility at home. So after my war and peace explanation is there anyone who can help/suggest how i move forward with this case.
