First point is to approach Mc Donald’s and request them to cancel the PCN.

If this fails then appeal showing them a copy of the blue badge only appeal as the registered keeper. The photograph is very grainy but you have admitted you did not display the badge. I have read that they i.e. Mc Donald’s have to make reasonable adjustments under the equality act so this may be a lever for you.

Hi all
The driver has received this pcn parking on a disable bay parking spot on enfield McDonald's bullsmore lane.
The driver had a disabled badge holder sitting in the back of the car but did not display it on the dashboard.
What can be done?
Any help is appreciated.
