As I said for your other thread, the photos don't show your car passing any signs in the direction of travel. Having said that, the signs are there on GSV dated September 2024 :-

Not only that, the council have altered the road to make it much narrower, and put in flower beds each side as well. The remaining narrowed road is available for emergency vehicles.

Maybe best if you get the keys back from your relative !!

The driver was using a relatives car. They are not from London and were in the area looking for somewhere to park after dropping their daughter off at hospital. Obviously not observant enough. Two PCNs for same contravention on same day.

Is this worth making representations on?
