Title: Re: Registered Keeper NIP 35MPH in 30MPH

They say "exceed 30MPH on a restricted road" clearly indicates the limit at the time. Stating the limit is even required, so no wiggle room there.

Title: Registered Keeper NIP 35MPH in 30MPH

The registered keeper got the attached NIP, is there any mileage in the area that WYP has not mentioned the speed limit at the time, they've just left it blank?

Or should I just fill it in with the drivers details?
