Hi i have booked a place to stay in Southampton for 5 days it is a private residential street though houses there have driveways i have parked for the first 2 days on the driveway but yesterday evening there was a van on the street parked blocking the driveway and i parked behind it on the street. Next morning i forgot to move my car and got a pcn for parking for longer than permitted which is 2 hours on 14/05 from 8:25 Am to 11:03am is it possible to be done something on this?
