Do a search on here for APCOA and Airport and you will see that the airport is not relevant land and APCOA can not hold the keeper liable - if you submit appeal on this basis they usually roll over.

Another PCN for forgetting to pay the drop-off charge at Luton. This was at about 1:00 pm on 30 April 2026. How can I fight this? I don't have any pics of signage.
