Hi there,

I received a PCN for a 53J contravention (entering a pedestrian zone) onto Hazelbank Road. I know others have had the same here. Trying (and failing) to upload a picture of the PCN, apologies. Any advice please let me know.

I am a private hire driver who was working at the time although I'm not sure there's any mileage in this as an argument.

Any help much appreciated.
