Hello. Off topic - I’m trying to post images but running into difficulties.  Is there instructions on “How to upload images to this site “ on any of the help topics mentioned anywhere as unable find anything using search Thanks

On topic. Assuming the images come through, I was unable to park where I would normally due to spaces being used, and whilst I wouldn’t have used a space , it would have been further in to the left , for revering from where I left car seemed the easiest choice. I have never seen a car parking warden there before, and returning to car from delivery (1-2 minutes) saw him walking away from my vehicle. Asked him if he had taken photo, replied No , so lied. Thinking about it , I wouldn’t have been seen in personal camera as his back to me, does that gadget record audio? If at all pertinent to my question.

I paid early as said, didn’t think had much of a case. Is it worth the hassle ? Not sure but an apparent early payment surcharge being applied isn’t what I agreed, so asking for advise or explanation on it.

I paid with a Nat west debit card , the auto voice only asked for£60 .

Thanks

If images do not appear I will check, but may have to wait for guidance as my knowledge is exhausted

It's hard to offer much advice here as we've not seen the notice demanding the £60, not the method by which you paid (I'm assuming online by credit/debit card).

Could you challenge the additional fee? Quite possibly.

Pragmatically, if you decided it was worth spending £60 to avoid the hassle of fighting them, you might wish to consider how much hassle you're willing to incur in pursuit of 15p.

you had no reason to pay the £60
I'm not sure you can state that as fact with almost no information on the alleged parking event in question.

you had no reason to pay the £60,  but as often is the case with these companies, once you roll over and pay they often come back for more.
By reading the above you have agreed to pay me £100 ( reduced to £60 for early payment) Please can I have prompt payment to avoid the costs increasing

Hello All.
Got a pcm fine for not parking in bays, which I hadn’t as just dropping off a parcel. Didn’t think was worth arguing this one so paid at reduced rate £60. However just noticed on bank account that £60.15 taken.

Can anyone explain reason for the extra being debited and is this allowable, since the discounted amount is £60, not £60.15p?

Many thanks
