Have you got photos of the signs in relation to the vehicle where it was paurked and entry signs. This may help you cause. They have left the PCN until almost the last day for it to be received.

Good afternoon, I received this PCN this today, I would very much appreciate any advice on whether this could be appealed.

The driver has said they did not see any signs showing that parking had to be paid for, however I suspect they were just missed.

I am the registered keeper.

I suspect this will need to be paid, but I'm here as a last hope in case anyone knows if this can be appealed or if anyone has dealt with Smart Parking before.
