I (the Registered Keeper of vehicle) have received PCN below after failure of the driver to pay the £7 charge for using pick up / drop off zone at Luton Airport on 24/04/20206:

As per https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/apcoa-parking-charge-luton-airport-drop-off/ I am intending to send the templated response via the appeal form at https://lla.info as instructed on the front page of the PCN

Before doing so I'd like to confirm that this is still the correct course of action
