Not an Aldi car park, you'll need to speak to the managing agent of the retail park. Or if you have receipt you could appeal to G24 on the basis the driver was a genuine customer (although 3 hours in Aldi is a long time). Don't name the driver though.

I did!
A dozen emails back and forth, they maintained that they can't do anything and I can only appeal directly to g24.
I even called them and they said they would have tried to help had it been parking eye, but no other operater.
So I want to complain to g24 now. Are they Aby templates I can use..?
TIA

Did you contact Aldi’s CEO?
For example, see https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/pcn-parkingeye-aldi-tanbridge-retail-park-horsham/msg76708/#msg76708
You can certainly tell them you’ll be shopping at Morrison’s in future.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
The driver overstayed at a G24 managed car park while shopping at Aldi.
Driver sent numerous emails to Aldi asking them to innerve and get the charge cancelled, but they dont want to hear it.
It a genuine case. Driver was inside Aldi the whole time. Driver did 3 trolley loads of shopping and offloaded each one. Long Queues and hahd to do a return of a wrong sized nappy. Showed them all the receipts and bank payments.
Didn't notice the sign until getting the charge by post (https://ibb.co/0j5DRCpP).
They just told the driver to appeal it with G24 directly.
Where as with a similar case, Morrison was happy just to cancel it on behalf of customer.
What should I do?
Appeal to G24?
go to retail ADR
or just pay it?
