The driver parked in car park at rear of British Heart Foundation furniture shop. Upon entrance to the car park large signs can be seen indicating customers only, 1hrs 30 free parking.

Past a certain point this car park turns into a permit only car park which wasn't realised, as google maps navigation guides to the rear and where the blue line concludes is a permit only area within the car park.

There are signs within the permit only area detailing this but were not noticed.
How should I move forward with this?
