Title: URGENT PCN- G24 Parking outside permitted hours Wickes Retail Park

Hello all


Received a PCN from G24 at a Wickes retail car park. I assume for parking outside of permitted hours but this is not made entirely clear in the PCN.


Have attached images of the sign at the entrance and the sign inside the car park that had the terms and conditions.

Driver did not see the can't park between 9PM and 5AM as it is in really small text and it was night.


Stayed for 11 minutes to get doner from a Van nearby before departing.


Please advise how I should appeal.
