Hi There,

I drove through congestion charge zone, I should be on my mums blue badge account as additional car. I was unaware her badge renewed last year, which meant I needed to re- apply as additional vehicle. Unaware of either and just assumed was still on the account. Now have £90 fine. TFL were very unhelpful. Is there anything we can do to avoid paying the fine. In the process of adding the car back to account. Thanks
