First you have to name yourself as the driver, the paperwork you have received will tell you how to do that. Then you have to wait until they make an offer of a speed awareness course or a fixed penalty.

Thank you
So do I go online and admit the fault and wait to be offered speed awareness course
Or is there somewhere to select the option of speed awareness course

At that speed you should be offered a speed awareness course, assuming the offence is in England/Wales and you haven't previously done one in the last three years. You licence will remain clean.

Unless you have evidence that the detected speed is wrong or that the speed limit was not indicated sufficiently, you probably have little wiggle room.

Hi all
I received an NIP for doing 26MPH on a 20MPH
I have viewed the image online, I am always careful on that road. I wonder if they have installed another camera.
Please what can I do, I have a clean license and have never received any speeding fines for over 20yrs
