Can confirm had the same PCN and it was cancelled after appeal using this template.

Regardless of who it is, the definition of “relevant land” has not changed.
If you’re not the hirer of a vehicle, modify appropriately of course. You are probably the registered keeper.

Hi All,

I received a parking charge to Keeper for the drop off at Gatwick from a company called Times Parking.

Just wondering, would the standard response re 'not identifying driver' be applicable here?
