Hi,

thanks for the reply, it would look like the times and dates are okay as well as the reg number

also i got some more pics

the lead up to the junction - i dont think i have a case here

especially where there is the blue cross roads sign that says no left turn for cars, but there is the C sign with an arrow which may be confusing

Title: PCN Kennington lane into Tyers st Lambeth London

Hi all,

Hoping for some advice please. for years i have approached the corner of Kennington lane from Vauxhall and turned into Tyers st to park up with no issues.
2 weeks ago i did this approach at 1021pm on Friday and turned into Tyers st and then 7 days later i get a fine.

It would appear that vehicles are no longer allowed to turn here due to a clean air initiative.
Do have any hope in avoiding this fine?
I assume a response will be that you didnt pay attention to the sign. But for 13 years i have parked here with no issues so why would i be looking for a sign?

is the sign to far in? should i be aware of the sign before i turn??
is the sign confusing as its on the same post as the congestion charge times?
attached are some pics. the photo is blurred, you can see my car as i have passed the sign with the red circle
