Not possible to ascertain what the other appeal details were.  RH sign is obscured in part by foliage.

Also, I went to look at the signs yesterday and have uploaded more images at https://imgur.com/a/dc6aOS3

The video cuts off just before the junction as I was concentrating on the sign more at that time but seems reasonable to me that a bus could obscure the red warning sign as it's within the stop and those signs are hard to see, considering what else is going on on that road.

Also some responses back over at http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=152286

I'm going back to look at this in person tomorrow as I'm interested to see what point you can see these signs when turning as, and perhaps I'm a bad driver, but I'm not sure I could mentally process those signs on a good day. As it happens I was on my way to visit my terminally ill father who passed that night and only turned up this road as remembered gas works ahead.

Is there any argument that they're not facing the oncoming traffic please? Seems a strange choice as it's not a crossroads.
A stretch... but the signs are partially obscured in their evidence?
Only looking at previous cases (and now streetview) there's apparantly a previous red sign indicating this but quite possible obscured by trafffic and (in previous cases/ streetview but I'll check tomorrow) foliage.

I can see a recent appeal (2230417715 on https://londontribunals.org.uk/) but there's no detail (council didn't contest), is there any way to find the details of that please?

If this is just a learning experience then fair enough, just I can ill afford it at the moment.

Many thanks in advance
