Not much you can do. You must name the driver, otherwise the penalty would be much worse. That speed will see an offer of a speed awareness course in lieu of points and a fine.

First time using the road at night I was excessively speeding but the clearance of the road which is usually full of traffic got me here. Really look forward to getting your assistance on this.

Never got a speeding ticket before.
