This is a very well known and notorious location, and there have been successful appeals on signage inadequacy. The video shows you passing no signs at all.

I have received a PCN from Havering Council for 52M.

It was late at night 23:23 and I was driving to obtain an out of hours prescription from a doctor for my son. I did not see any signs. There appear some road works going on. There are no signs shown on the PCN video but appreciate that in itself wont be enough.
