Dart are reasonable and if you can show what you say to be correct they will likely cancel the PCN but you must make representations against it in the manner described or things will move on and you will lose your right to appeal.

Hi All

Received this PCN no previous letters  received, I did have an account with Dart Tag with automatic top-up but this was closed on 28/7/23 no email notification/letter and the old system migrated to a new one. I spoke to accounts and they said they have received numerous complaints on this. I assuming other ? people have experienced this. Can someone help?
